HI, I m 11 mths out and lost over 130lbs already. Feel awesome . Therefore after
loosing all this weight I have started weight training since the beginning of this year and i have gained 7 lbs or so . I have measured my waist and neck inches its still the same from before. So does this mean i have gained muscle weight ? I don't feel I any fat tissues at all but still worried whether the little weight which i have gained is the fat weight (bad weight) or the muscle weight (good weight) ? Also, i think my chest and shoulders part have become a lil broader. I really feel its the muscle weight but still wanted some assurance from you all. Thanks alot in advance.
