HAD RNY AND SNEEK FOOD NOT INTENTIALLY BUT IT'S THERE AND NO PAINS I CHEW IT GOOD

i'am one week out of surgery and i'am supposed to be on liquids but i have snuck some solid food like noodle,spagetti,sweet tea etc. but only small portions and i chewed it really mushy a lot of people say they have this and that and nothing happened to me (thank god) but when i take a sip to fast i have the worst stomach pain why is that. also i havent been to the bathroom since i left the hospital i've taken milk of magnesium but nothing please help i'am confused that this surgery isn't going to work for me i had the RNY!!!
