I am concerned

Well it's nearly a full 2 momths back in the gym and things are coming along rather nicely....Along the way however I have become sort in my tummy/abs. I'm use to being sort after a great workout but I'm nearly 11 months post-op (05/09/05) and I have lost 150 pound. From 375 to 223 - 226....(bragging I know) anyways - Could the soreness in my tummy be the muscles starting to tighten or have I actuall pulled something I shouldn't have. I do not feel any knots or lumps so I doubt I have a hernia at lease not one that I can tel yet. Any advise? Robert [email protected]
