After 3 months of being persistant and denied, I finally got to talk to the

doctor that denied my last appeal. All he kept saying was that my sleep apnea did not meet their requirements and I keep telling him that I want those requirements in writing. He also kept advising that this procedure had many risk and I told him that I had already considered the risk but I also have risk with yo-yo dieting and obesity related illnesses that put me at risk. I then told him that i had been to the doctor yesterday and I now weigh 197 lbs and I'm growing. Less than 10 lbs. before having a 40 BMI which I wouldn't be going through all of this. They are just cheap.
