Seeking Those Approved for WLS by Cigna hmo in Texas?

I am having a hard time deciding which surgery to choose. Now I am seeing posts that say alot of insurances don't cover the lap band at all! Has anyone ever been approved by Cigna hmo for Lap band? Thinking I might should change my ins at open enrollment in Nov.
