Does anyone know of insurance that covers bariatric surgery in Illinois?

I've been overwhelmed by the fact that I can not find an insurance company that will cover this surgery. I do not want to pay out of pocket. Have any of you, that have had the surgery, been covered? How much did you have to pay? I need lots of details of the financial part of this! Please help! Need insurance now!
