Post lapband surgery and chronic back pain Increased!!

I am 3 days post Lapband surgery. I've had chronic back pain (although can't find the source of the pain), controlled with morphine, for the past 7 years from a car accident. From the second I woke up from surgery, the back pain is SO much worse! It's like it triggered or put pressure on whatever is causing the pain. Has anyone else had this happen?
