Cost of revision-- Insurance and self-pay

It has been a while since I thought about having a revision to my lap RNY to lose more weight. I know that more insurances are paying for WLS. Do any pay for revisions when your only comorbidity is high blood pressure? I need to lose another 50 pounds or so. If not, has anyone self paid for a revision? What is the average cost? I am willing to pay, but only if the cost is reasonable. BTW, I am in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California.
