weight gain after surgery

im 2years post op from my bypass and over the last month or 2, i have gained at least 25lbs. i find that i can eat normal sized meals now, my self esteem is in the trash i feel so ashamed this is a surgery that i was blessed to get. i feel like a failer, any advice or knowledge on the topic will be welcome news for me
