11 1/2 weeks out and can tolerate Chicken . Will eating it slow my weight loss?

I had RNY sugery on 7/22/09 and have done well with my eating. I have noticed that I can eat chicken without any problems. I chew very well and take small bites as I do with all my food. But Im not sure if post-ops should'nt eat chicken just because it does'nt agree with most of our pouches. Or if it will hurt our pouch. Its chicken breast, boiled with herbs. No fat added. Just wondering. Please help.
