Having a hard time finding a shrink

I am on Illinois medicaid/medicare and I am having a heck of a time finding a psychiatrist who accepts medicaid or has a sliding fee.I was seeing one Dr last year, but I wound up feeling worse everytime I saw him because he had a nasty attiude.Now I am on a 2-3 month waiting list BECAUSE I am on medicaid.Is there a way for me to get other health insurance as well while I am on medicaid? One that will cover psychiatric services without the long wait? I need help NOW!Who knows what kind of mess I will be in in 2-3 months.
