Will Aetna approve me if I gained weight during my 3rd visit to the nutritionist?

Tomorrow will be my final visit to the nutritionist before submitting my paperwork to insurance. I lost weight during the 1st 2 months but have probably gained at least 7 lbs. since last visit. Has this happened to anyone else and if so were they approved?
