SIgns of Hernia Pain for those Post OP 3 years or more???

I have pulled a muschle in the area where my Hernia was repaired and there was MEsh put in over 4 years ago, but the last 4 days in a row i am experiencing pain not sure if just a pulled muscle or what ANYONE Have help that may have crossed this situation??? Lisa S.
