How long does it take for insurance approval for...

I live in Lansing Michigan and receive MClaren Health Plan for my insurance. I am wondering if any one else has had MClaren, how many days did you have to wait to get an answer from them? Does any one have the web address or phone number so that I may call them and check on the progress of my file? Thank you.
