6 days post-op and having cramping after I drink anything.

It started yesterday when I was drinking a cup of ice water. At first I thought I was drinking to fast, but even after I slowed down it hurt. Then I thought it was too cold, but I'm still having the cramping drinking room tempature water. The cramping is not very severe, but enough to make me wonder. Anyone else had this problem and found out what it was?
