need help with strange pains and patches on tounge, very raw

i am 3 yrs post op have done very well (rny) have hit my goal weight of 160 am 5'8 but am still losing, have recently started having a raw tounge generalized aching and very very tired my skin hurts to touch it unfortunately my surgeon has moved from the state and am having troubles getting follow up not forsur on exactly what labs are needed etc........... i know my b12` is low am taking shotsbut have never had any problems before. email [email protected]
