Alcohol at 3 months?

I am going to Hollywood this weekend for my boyfriend's band's show, and I know for a fact that everyone will be drinking at the hotel and at the club he is playing at. I know that alcohol effects us post-ops more severely but will it kill me to have a glass of vodka mixed with sugar free ocean spray cranberry juice? i won't be driving so I am not worried about the level of intoxication, I just want to make sure it won't harm me internally. My doctor didn't give me an actual date when ti would be ok to have a drink.
