Anyone know any safe colon cleansers I can take to detox my body?

I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and I am 1 year post op. I was wondering if anyone knows of any safe colon cleansers I can take to clean out my body? Also, is the diverticulitis related to the wls because I am only 35 and no one in my family has ever had it.
