I need to find a doctor in the state of Louisiana that takes medicaid....

Im a 29 year old female in the state of Louisiana desperately needing the surgery. I have been searching for several years. Im willing to travel anywhere in the state of louisiana. It's very hard finding a doctor that accepts only medicaid. I found a doctor in Covington Louisiana but he no longer takes medicaid. So please help me. I really needed your help. I have been trying to locate a doctor for more than five years. Again i really do need your help.......
