Does anyone take Vista Vitamins?

I had my surgery almost 4 weeks ago...I am reading the BEFORE & AFTER book by Susan Maria Leach and she talks about taking the Vista Vitamins....All I am taking now is 2 chewable children's vitamins and am suppose to start the Iron, B-12 & Calcium Monday....ALOT of pills! I would appreciate it if anyone could give me information about the Vista Vitamins! THANKS!
