I have Corporate Systems Administration insurance does anyone have this insurance??

My husband has Corporate Systems insurance through his employer, and I am wanting to find out if they will cover Gastric Bypass Surgery?? I am really wanting to have the surgery, but I called them and the girl automatically said NO! then she said unless it is medically necessary!!
