My hair is soooooo OILY since surgery...........

Today makes one week post-op and my hair seems so oily. I have always had oily hair but this is ridiculous. If I take a shower at 8am, by 4pm my hair looks like I've washed it in crisco. I've never heard this question come up before, so if anyone has had any experience with this please let me know. Thank you so much.
