What do I ask the surgeon at my last pre-op appt?

I am scheduled for surgery on Oct. 13th and my last pre-op appt is on Sept. 17th and this is pretty much my big day for any last questions I have for my surgeon. Has anyone regretted not asking certain questions? OR--Does anyone out there have any suggestions for me on what to ask him before surgery? Thanks.
