At 10 weeks post op lap rny can I have a light popcorn?

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well here at AMOS. Congratulations to those of you who had you WLS and on your way to the losing side. To those waiting to have their WLS congratulations and soon you'll be on the losing side.I had Lap RNY March 26th. I have a question . My new pouch seems to be doing quite well at 10 weeks and seems Im able to tolerate. I am missing my popcorn! LOL.PLease forgive me but can someone tell me if we're allowed to have it in a low fat or something at least???? Thanks and God Bless
