Has anyone ever felt??

With all that's going not right, I'm feeling sort of lost and alone in all this. The hospital wants a $20,000 check before I go in and so does the surgen. The other costs are killing me as well and now my health is taking a worse turn (kidneys and eyes are going bad due to the diabetes, this is new since Friday). It just feels like it's all going wrong no matter how well planned I started out. Is this a sign? Do I just push through? Where do I start/go now?? I'm feeling very alone out here.
