My sister will be with me the day of my surgery. She is not totally familiar with WLS

I'm hoping for any advice for my sister on the day of my surgery. She will be my 'health care proxy', and will handle any complications if they arise. I'm in overall excellent health, all tests came back very good. No cardiac, no pulmonary or other problems. Advice welcomed!!
