I just got my date!! What do I do now?????? HELP!!!!!!

I just got my surgery date today. (Feb 6,2001) I am terrfied of not being prepared. I need an angel, what to bring to hospital, etc, etc. I am happy, scared, excited,and anxious. Somebody,anybody HELP!!
