Hi!!! Fasting

I just wonder have anyone have ever gotten on an God pointed fast to get closer to God after having weightloss surgery? Any Christians on this website that had weightloss surgery and got on an fast if you did what did you do? I know I have to continue taking my vitamins everyday but did you do on your fast did you do an juice fast or did you fast one meal an day did you do the Daniel Fast or did you fast at all? Any suggestions will be appreciated God Bless.
