Has anyone had lap-band surgery gain back the weight and then had by-pass surgery?

I am at the end of my road. In 2008 I had lap-band surgery. I slowly lost 75lbs but it was an up and down struggle. I am now back to my pre-op weight (327 lbs)+ and very depressed. My eating has gotten out of control. I buy healthy food. I plan my new diet plan every week only to fail before the week is over. I am destroying my life. I need help. I should have chosen by-pass in the first place but I was too afraid. Now I am willing to do anything to get this weight off of me. I realize I have been fighting this battle too long. I'm just tired of being obese and unable to do the things I want to do. My knees are damaged. My heart is broken because I thought I would be well by now. Please help!
