If my BMI is 37 and have high cholesterol can I get approved through AetnaPPO?

I was wondering if anyone's dr. ever put in a little extra so You could get the surgery? I am so worried I will not be approved. my surgian says I will have to fail the sleep study to get approved. I am worried sick
