have anyone used a colon cleanser since their surgery? Is it safe to use?

I have heard so much about Advanced Acai Berry and colon cleansers. I have been stuck for over 4 months as for as weight loss. I am having a hard time with bowel movements and I feel bloated all the time. I heard that the two above works great.
