bad smelling gas

i had surgery in 2000 for some months now i have abdominal distention very bad with very foul smelling gas also having very loodse bowels anyone have any suggestions i have tried charcoal tablets chlorophyl tabs and am going to try the product devrom doctors dont seem to find anything but this is horrible immediatly after eating anything my stomachs swells as though im 9 months pregnant and the gas smells rotton
