Five year medical

After completing all other requirements including medical nec letter. I am having such a difficult time in obtaining my health records from (2) previous doctors as BCBS request the five year (at least) weigh in history. 1 of the 2 doctors states they ni longer practice and records are in storage "somewhere". The other gave me a number to call and i never get an answer or return call. I went in person but there is somone specific I must speak to as per previous doctors office. This is a nightmare and aggravation for these five year records. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. Any suggestions? I feel exhausted after months of trying to get this done.
