Past 2 years weight history question

Here is my weight history: 9/08 - BMI 39.75 w/ high cholesterol & high BP - put on meds 11/07 - BMI 40.16 11/06 - BMI 40.5 BUT I was 3 months post partum - does the insurance company look at that fact and possibly throw out this weight? 1/06 - BMI 42 BUT I was 7 weeks pregnant - how does insurance look at this? 5/05 - BMI 38.5, elevated cholesterol and BP but not high, no meds 4/04 - BMI 41 BUT I was 1 month post partum. It was at a pre op physical for a herniated disc. Previous BMI's were all under 40 So, my question is - what do you guys think the insurance company will do with this info as far as qualifying for the 2 years of morbid obesity?
