Is there a Doctor in Alabama that will accept medicade for gastric bypass surgery?

I am 36 years old an I have back problems an I have sleep apnia. I can barely walk r stand for more that 2 to 3 minutes at a time. I have a machine I sleep on every night but it still doesn't help that much. My back problem is getting worse. I scared that by this time next year I'll be in a wheel chair it's so bad. Please if there is a Doctor out there that can take medicade anthat can help me get this surgery please contact me. I can't work in the shape I'm in an my 12 year old son is suffering from it to. I can't hold a job cause I can't walk are stand. An if I had one sitting down I would have a problem staying awake. I don't leave home alone anymore cause I am scared of falling asleep driving. So if there is a Doctor out there that can help please let me know. I don't want to have to live the rest of my life in a wheel chair. Thank You.
