kidney stones

I have recently found kidney stone on right side. The dr said it was not uncommon for gastric by pass people to have them show up. Any one else??? I am 1 and 1/2 yrs out. i am suposed to take potassium tab once a day and drink lots of water....to help prevent new ones...Gang, drink your water-you don't want this,it is quite painful sunbrat 262-132 now
