I am 6 months since surgery, Lap band and I am craving sweets?
I have only lost 40 lbs and in a 6 week period I gain .06 lb. My doctor just tighten my band but I still eat a lot of food. and I want everything. How do you stay on track and eat the right foods? I am about to just give up because I am tired of counting calories and protein.......I want to lose the weight but it is not coming off because I eat too much. help ..........
