Throat pain

I am nearly two years post op from RNY-MicroPouch. For the past two weeks, I have had this odd feeling in the back of my throat. It is there all of the time - not just when I eat. In fact, I notice it more when I am not eating/drinking. It feels like a dry lump in the back of my throat. It is not painful - just irritating and I am concerned since it is not going away. It does not restrict the "flow" of food or water....anyone have any idea?
