Recent dealings with Great West insurance

I have Great West Health insurance and they require a 6 month Dr. supervised diet which I am 3 months in to. I was on Jenny Craig for 8 months in 2005 but not Dr. supervised so I don't think they will count that. Anyone had recent dealings with Great West that is willing to share their experience?
