WLS - Long Term Post Ops: Using Or "Tools"

Anyone out there have any ideas on the "tools" that are available in order for us to "use our WLS tools" effectively? I'm trying as hard as I can to utilize my tool and do ALL I can to get back on track---even in light of the things that are going on with me medically. At least it won't be said that I was a QUITTER! Your suggestions are appreciated. Oh, and I'm going to try once more to get to the yahoo group for WLS Long Term post ops.
