If turned down for tt what can you do to fight it?

I am still waiting for an approval for a tt, hopefully!! But I am hearing a lot of people say that with the insurance's new rules they won't cover anything obesity related. I have Humana Choicecare Primary Access. What can I do if this occurrs? I'd really like some help to fight this if need be.
