MY INSURANCE DON'T REQUIRE SUPERVISED DIET, BUT NEED TO FIND SURGEON THAT DOESN'T !

I AM ON MEDICARE & MEDICAID. MEDICARE DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT I HAVE HAD SUPERVISED DIET, ONLY THAT THE SURGERY IS MEDICALLY NECESSARY. THE SURGEONS AT OSU REQUIRE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ON A 3 MONTH SUPERVISED DIET. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY SURGEONS IN OHIO THAT DO NOT REQUIRE PREVIOUS SUPERVISED DIETS ? OR SUGEONS THAT ACCEPT MEDICARE & MEDICAID.
