Could this be gall bladder problems?

I am pre-op and have been having a strange pressure feeling under my right breast just under my ribs. It doesn't feel like gas, it feels more like when I was pregnant and the baby was putting pressure on my ribs. It gets worse after I eat. It's not a sharp pain, more of a nuisance. I can feel it wobble like from left to right (about 1/2 inch each way). It almost feels like I am swollen under my ribs. I burp and belch like a drunken sailor and on Sunday I had a spell with cramping and fever, but I did not relate them to each other. Please let me know if this sounds familiar to you.
