Has anyone in Florida been on medicaid/share of Cost program and was approved?

I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE MEDICAID'S SHARE OF COST. I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE THAT HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR SURGERY WITH THIS COVERAGE.
