What do I need for a 2nd appeal? I will be going before the committee?

I have been denied twice by cigna due to not meeting their criteria. I am now at the 2nd Appeal level, where I have the opportunity to go before a commitee and state my case. Has anyone out there experienced this process??? - Veronica McKellar
