I'm 18 days post -op and get dry haeves 20 to 30 minutes after I eat

sometimes the dry heaves can last up to five hours, I've lost all my strength and I don't want to eat or drink because I know they will return. My surgeon hospitalized me for the last two days, rans many tests and found there to be no surgical reason as to why this is happening so he released me. He told me to continue to take enodcet for pain and tagmin for nausea as long as it lasts. I was taking these meds for the three days before I went to the hospital to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas what else could be causing this or what I can taake?
