3 Months and 3 weeks out of surgery and my weight has stopped going down for 3 weeks

Had a Gastric sleeve 3 moths and 3 weeks ago and have been doing really well for the past 3 moths but at the start of the 3 weeks my weight stopped going down and hasn't gone down at all. I have not been having anything bad and sometimes i hardly eat because i am not hungry. i try to keep my fluids up and i even don't eat and put on weight . Has anyone else gone through this and can help me out as I'm starting to stress out?
