I'm worried

I'm 37 years old 5'6 and 225 pounds I been overweight pretty much all my life; I manage to loose 20 even 30 pounds but I always gained back! I want to have the lap band but I'm worried that my insurance(Cigna) won't approved it , I don't have major health problems, I have high cholesterol(I don't take any med), GERD, restless leg syndrome, depression and anxiety, migraine and chronic lower back pain, my bmi is not high enough that's why I'm worried! I made an appointment with the surgeon on March 10th anyway!Anyone has experienced my situation? Please i need some advice I'm going crazy thinking about it! Thank you
