Which physician in MI is best to use to evaluate for mechanical failure?

For those that have had WLS and have regained weight in MI, what physician group did you use to have a exam and necessary testing done to determine if there was other reasons for weight regain other than eating habits. I am 7 1/2 years out and 2 of 3 kids born since having WLS but my original surgeon only participates 4 hours from lower michigan. I am going back to the basics in the mean time but am suspicious of a enlarged stoma or mechanical failure from my open RNY. I am looking for a open minded phyiscian who is more concerened about finding the reasons than just assuming its bad habits only although if that is the problem I want to focus on intake proportions.
