weight loss has stopped,very depressing,need helpand advice!!!

I had my surgery at the end of march 09 and since then have lost 19kgs, I have another 8 kgs to go, only 4 weeks ago I had to have a second surgery due to my band slipping, so at the moment I have no fill in my band, I have since the surgery tried to loose the weight in a healthy way lots of good food and plenty of exercise, but am failing miserably, I have'nt dropped any weight but have'nt put it back on either, and it is not from lack of trying. I am due for a fill next week and am a bit frightened to get filled up after my band slipping, don't want to experience that all over again (slippage was caused from vommiting) I only feel I am in control when I am really restricted and can hardly eat, feel really guilty if I eat, this problem is really doing my head in so if anyone out there has any magic answers please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.
